第①次自制奶油霜～

搞定：花生口味的奶油霜与可可味的奶油结合，我也不知道啥味道，反正就这样做了<br />～这些配方是：软化的黄油100克，60克白砂糖，淡奶油250ml，先把黄油室温回软，加入白砂糖，打蛋器打至发白，奶油也是室温，分六次加入黄油体内，或许会遇见油水分离，但是没有关系，你可以坐温水里面打发，但是我没有，我是戚风烘烤的时候打发的，所以是把奶油放烤箱上方的，这样温度会升高，因此今天第①次奶油霜成功，打发到蕞后奶油霜是细腻，顺滑，口感醇厚，奶香味浓郁～看①看图四就知道，奶油霜稳定性好，纹路清晰，不容易塌陷融化，立体感好～<br />两个六寸+①个四寸的配方是：八个鸡蛋分离，10克玉米淀粉（放蛋白里起稳定效果），40克白砂糖，60克玉米油，60克牛奶，100克低筋面粉，蛋白霜里白砂糖60克～烤箱140度，上下 预热十分钟，烤50分钟15分钟左右爬高～<br /><img title="front2_0_FgXQFrT_WxOnvrF2mmdrtaOjKYA5.1603331711.jpg"
