早点是今天的早点，菜是这几天的菜

【萝卜角子】 路过超市，看到干萝卜丝，3.2元。买来①份，拿点出来用冷水泡泡，然后加上生姜蒜子①点盐和着剁椒腌制下。就成了我想吃的萝卜角子。①份可以吃三回，想吃辣的时候就弄点，想家的时候也弄点。 【啤酒鸭】 问了度娘，脾胃不好，可以吃鸭肉。于是买了①块鸭肉回来，烧给小宝吃。锅太小，①次只能烧①点。25元的鸭肉，分两次烧正好。没怎么买过鸭肉，老板说加啤酒烧，这鸭子大，让多闷会。 【干锅土豆】 勉强叫干锅土豆吧，其实连炒菜的锅都没。我已经在努力地把那涮烤①体锅用到极致。切点肉片，加点土豆，炒这个不加水，味道还可以的。 【干豆角】 发现晒干的菜炒起来格外得香和鲜，真的随便炒炒，都好吃。拌饭吃真的很有味道。这次切的有点小，加了点肥肉①起烧烧。 【梅干菜】 那天去超市，向老板娘讨教怎么做梅干菜。她说，那天我老公是说，对面带小孩的很喜欢吃家里的梅干菜。冰箱里还有点，我拿出来了，在那边上，她给我指着梅干菜。我①听可高兴了，立马拿了。结账的时候，老板娘说，这个我也不知道怎么算，反正家里的。这么①小袋你就给个几块钱吧，收了我6块钱。不少，①小袋还挺多把的，能吃好多次了。 【清炒油麦菜】 前两天小宝肠胃不舒服，只能吃清淡的。炒了油麦菜，绿油油的，看着还好看。这次不舒服才知道，我其实是个很粗心的妈妈，以前早出晚归，忙于工作，其实忽略了孩子。孩子的身体不好，自己都不知道去调理。孩子是什么体质，该吃什么菜。什么能吃，什么不能吃，什么该吃，什么不该吃，什么要吃，什么不要吃。很多东西，要知其然还要知其所以然。 表妹在上海，买不上菜，还好有点饺子混沌，泡面。她跟小姑说，可以点外卖，其实上次吃米饭是3月30日。让她好好照顾自己，担心点。 妹妹在浦东新区，已经封了好多天，①直居家。能买到蔬菜，也有水果，也能有荤菜。每天在家庭的小群里，发①些图片，让我们放心。 今早我们吃得很丰盛，觉得很幸福。日子其实没有那么顺心，但我还是想把每天过好。出门的时候，还是会画个眉毛、涂个防晒霜，抹点口红，精神点出门。爱自己，爱生活，学会接受赞同，我希望每天都是美好的。 且行，且静，且慢，且惜。 愿你我的世界①切都好。 <img id="aimg_LxDse" onclick="zoom(this, this.src, 0, 0, 0)" class="zoom"
