大学寒假回家后的第①餐

昨天上大学的娃放寒假～回家了<br />娃昨日凌晨四点多就去机场值机<br />下午到家洗澡后在我的“逼迫”之下喝了①碗：我砂锅慢炖了四个小时的鸡汤后就上船补觉了<br />晚餐的火锅是他要吃的，可乐鸡翅是他爱吃的之①，鱿鱼脚也是他爱吃的，大肠是他喜欢的，咸肉也是才晒干的，除了不爱鸡汤<br />不过这个鱿鱼脚外面的①层紫色的皮要去掉哈！<br />就薄薄的①层（图四图五），其实这层紫色的皮是鱿鱼的保护膜，鱿鱼常年生活中海中，其保护膜或多或少含有①定细菌以及微生物，直接食用容易加重人体的胃肠道负担，导致腹痛等，所以我都是将这层膜去掉<br />另外和大家分享①个小窍门可以去除鱿鱼皮：把鱿鱼泡在食醋里大概10分钟后那层皮就好撕了，而且不会影响口感，还能刹菌消毒<br /><br /><br /><img id="aimg_R14Fz"
