初五老公生日～美食预热篇（1）
明天初五，也是老公的生日<br />冰箱里拿出年前买的大肠，猪舌，猪肚，猪耳<br />这些都是之前菜市场买的，然后自己清洗干净以后不用焯水，直接放冷冻室，吃的时候再焯水，这样口感与新鲜的①样<br />s:278]<br />所以，今天提前卤好：先把所有的放锅里焯水<br />焯好水，再次清洗干净，控干水分<br />然后把大肠与猪肚放砂锅卤<br />猪舌，猪耳，猪皮，鹌鹑蛋另外①个锅里卤<br />分别用了两个卤料包，料都是自己配的，料包里有：桂皮，香叶，茴香，草果，甘草，丁香，陈皮，八角各适量，再放几个朝天椒与几粒蒜与几片姜，倒入生抽，老抽，盐，料酒，水与齐平即可<br />大火烧开，小火四十分钟再大火收汁就可以了<br />卤好以后待凉透了，再切片不容易散<br /><br /><img id="aimg_QwJq4"
